What is Strong Kangen Water?
Strong Kangen Water is Enagic's name for a strongly alkaline, non-drinking output. Descriptions such as pH 11 or 11.5 refer to the model and operating conditions; they should not be read as a guaranteed result from every water supply. Check the applicable manual and measure the output as instructed.
Its intended role
Enagic lists Strong Kangen Water for specified cleaning and food-preparation applications. Start with the exact task in the manufacturer instructions, the correct model setting and any required enhancer. Check that the surface or material is suitable. A manufacturer example for one task does not justify treating every surface or food in the same way.
Do not add it to food for consumption
Non-drinking water should not be used as a drink or added to salad dressings or other recipes as an ingredient. Do not assume that a small amount is acceptable. Food washing or preparation is a different activity from consuming the cleaning liquid. Follow the applicable instructions, including any rinsing requirements; if the instructions are unclear, ask before using it.
Do not extrapolate to skin treatments
Studies involving hydrogen-rich water, clinical equipment or other alkaline-water preparations do not establish that this machine's pH 11.5 output is suitable for face washing, acne treatment or sensitive skin. We have removed that implication from this guide. Strong Kangen Water and Beauty Water are different outputs; follow the labelled use for each.
Cleaning is not a verified disinfectant claim
A high pH reading or a visible effect on grease does not demonstrate elimination of a specified percentage of bacteria, viruses or pesticide residues. Any such claim needs evidence for the actual output, conditions and use. Keep normal food-safety and hygiene practices in place.
Practical checks before use
Confirm the model and manual, the intended non-drinking task, correct output hose, approved production procedure and suitable collection container. Label stored water clearly.
