Sending a request does not reserve a time. Our team must confirm availability, location and any applicable charges. Please wait for confirmation before travelling. Let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Visits and hosting
Visits to private homes and shops are by invitation and confirmed appointment. Respect the host’s property, privacy and agreed arrangements. Follow the machine’s operating and safety instructions. Hosts are responsible for checking permissions and requirements applicable to their premises and activity.
On-site services and quotations
Share your model, condition, location and service needs so we can assess suitability. The scope, quotation, travel arrangements and appointment must be agreed before work begins. Filters, parts, repairs and additional work are quoted separately and require your approval. Any deposit, payment, cancellation or refund terms must be provided and agreed for the specific booking before payment; submitting a form alone creates no payment obligation.
Before a visit, tell us about known faults, previous repairs or other relevant conditions. We will discuss access to water, drainage, electricity and a suitable work area. Estimated durations and before-and-after examples are indicative, not guaranteed outcomes. Routine care should continue according to the model instructions. Warranty questions and work outside the agreed scope should be resolved with the relevant provider before proceeding.
Products and orders
Product links lead to Enagic Web System or other Enagic resources. Confirm current specifications, price, availability, warranty, payment and refund conditions with the seller before ordering. Any purchase is governed by the applicable sales agreement and terms supplied for that transaction. This appointment page does not take payment or complete a product order.
Optional business participation
Buying or owning a system does not automatically create a distributorship. Review the current Enagic application, eligibility, policies, costs and responsibilities before deciding whether to participate. No sales, earnings or business results are guaranteed.
